I was looking for a 2013 Dodge Dart and had built one several times online. Each time I did the one I wanted was at Keffer Dodge, so 2 weeks ago on a friday night me and my wife went to find that certain several times online. Each time I did the one I wanted was at Keffer Dodge, so 2 weeks ago on a friday night me and my wife went to find that certain car. Even though we didnt find that car that night we meet Charles (Coach) Jones and my car buying experence was changed forever! We couldnt find the car I was looking for that night so Coach suggested we at least take a Dart home to see if we liked it and if we did I could order the style of Dart with the options I wanted. When we came back on Saturday to bring the car back low and behold there on the lot sat the car I had build 5-10 times online, after a quick test drive we quickly pickup the car from Keffer Dodge. Even though they had the exact car I wanted I will be oniest with you, I wouldnt have gotten the car at that time if it wasnt for Coach! His 1 on 1 service and "Gameplan" Approach made the experence so great that I have already told family and friends to only buy their cars from Keffer Dodge Charlotte! I would deff give Keffer a 1000/1000 on there score but the scoring system dont go that high!!!!!! More
