I wanted to test drive the dodge challenger r/t. I had the opportunity to meet Chris and he was more than helpful with everything. I normally do not write a review about much but after buying my new Jeep I thought everyone should know what kind of exsperence I had. They spent days talking with other dealerships to find the one I wanted. I finally got it, and I love it! We recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, working with "Leo" Nasralla. Leo, was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us achieve a price we were comfortable with for our son's first car. We have only had the car a few weeks and Leo has called several times to check on our new car and to make sure everything is going good with the car and to see if we have any questions. The absolutely love it! Keffer's dealership has been my go-to for both New Car Purchases and/or Leasing---and Julius Tindell is my go to Sales Rep! The relationship is based on excellent service, timely sales/leasing process and follow-through. Julius goes the extra mile to provide purchase options, financing and also upgrade features as incentive. I always visit to preview and walk away with a new vehicle. As a Jeep owner, I went into Keffer for some service on my old Jeep. While there I looked around the showroom and decided that I really liked the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, but it wasn't until six months la my old Jeep. While there I looked around the showroom and decided that I really liked the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, but it wasn't until six months later that I started getting serious about making a purchase. Brandon Melendez was there the whole way, at times contacting me with a no-pressure check on my status. When I was finally ready to make a purchase he looked all over the southeast for what I wanted. I had a very specific set of options that I was looking for. Ultimately he ordered my Jeep from the factory and I was updated throughout the process via email by Jeep. What really set Keffer apart from other Jeep dealerships that I talked to was there attention to detail, specifically, their willingness to order and very fairly price some aftermarket wheels, tires, and a lift kit - give me credit towards that purchase based on a credit for the factory wheels - and install all of it before I picked up the final product. I felt like I had made the perfect purchase and without any hassles. Brandon provided tons of assistance with selecting many of the options that I ultimately chose. He was fantastic throughout the selection process, offering expert advice, and coordinating with the Keffer parts department/manager to narrow down exactly what I wanted. After driving my new Jeep for a couple weeks now, I wouldn't change a thing and could not recommend a salesman any higher to future customers.
