I visited Keffer on a Sunday night just to look at some Dodge Journeys. I actually wasn't planning on buying anything but I had a payment in mind that if I saw something that I really liked I would consid Dodge Journeys. I felt no pressure whatsoever from him and I went ahead and purchased the Journey. I do have to say that I was disappointed in the quality of the detail work that was done on my Journey. But Pierre made sure that the problem was taken care of. He and the dealership more than made up for it by giving me some extras for my Journey that left me very satisfied. More
