My wife and I went to Keffer to look for a new car to replace her old vehicle. We met Chris and he immediately got started finding us the perfect car. We, like most people, don't look forward to going to a car dealership. It always seems to be an annoying experience. However, Chris was very professional, efficient, and not overly "salesy". He seemed more interested in getting us the best car at the best price. We traded in my wife's 2003 Audi and leased a brand new 2013 Jeep. Chris really took the time to explain all of the features of the Jeep and we left feeling like we knew exactly what we were getting. Due to circumstances unforeseen by Chris and the staff at Keffer, we had some mechanical issues within the first day of having the vehicle. We called Chris and he promptly took complete control of the situation and did everything in his power to make things right. Within one day he got us a brand new car and took care of everything for us. The professionalism of Chris and the staff at Keffer was much appreciated and we would certainly return to them to buy a car. We would recommend working with Chris - especially if you want an easygoing and no-pressure car buying experience. More
I was disappointed in the other car dealers in Charlotte. I live along Independence Blvd. and had been to all of them. I called Keffer Chrysler ahead of time and explained what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment, I was not attacked by a herd of salesmen, but instead asked to have a seat while they paged Julius. The front desk staff (Vickie) was very friendly and conversational. Julius was a great salesmen. He listened to what I wanted and found it instead of pushing me into what he wanted to sell. The finance officer (Angelo) was very professional but in a casual friendly way. I was never talked down to about my weak credit or choice in cars like at other dealerships. This is a great place to buy if you hate the typical high-pressure car sales like I do! More
I visited Keffer 3 times over several months when researching my next car purchase. I told them up front that I was not buying on those days, but just looking and trying to gather info to help me mak researching my next car purchase. I was never pressured to buy and Mike was always gracious in letting me look and test drive knowing that I was not buying on that day. I visited another dealership to price compare, but I did not like the high pressure sales pitch I was given. I returned to Keffer when I had finalized the options that I wanted in my Jeep. I had done extensive research on my potential Jeep purchase and was very pleased with the deal that I made with Keffer. I chose to order my Jeep and they kept me informed of it's build progress. I would advise any of my friends to visit Keffer Jeep for their next car purchase. They will make you the best deal and they let you know that they appreciate your business. More
My wife and I went into the store to see if they would be able to match a price on a new 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. They had no problem matching the price nor did they have a problem getting the new J able to match a price on a new 2013 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. They had no problem matching the price nor did they have a problem getting the new Jeep from another dealership in a limited amount of time that we had open to us. We are in the military and were home over christmas and were leaving after the weekend. Chris Preston was a great guy to work with never adding any unwanted pressure and was able to help us with our needs from getting the exact jeep we were looking for to a quick loaner to run around town in through out the process. Overall a good place to go and a great person to help you when you are there. More
Wayne approached my husband and i when we came to the dealership. He wanted to know if we were interested in test driving a car. He knows the features of the cars/SUV's in the lot. We discussed with Wayne our budget amount for monthly car payment. We were able to negotiate with the price we wanted to be at. Andy the credit person was also great going over the paperwork. Joey Maus also was great! The team really were so easy to work with. We wanted to support an American company and we liked the jeep vehicles we have driven. This is our 4th jeep vehicle we have bought. I would highly recommend this dealership. No hassle and they find you a good deal. Thanks! More
