I visited Keffer on a Sunday night just to look at some Dodge Journeys. I actually wasn't planning on buying anything but I had a payment in mind that if I saw something that I really liked I would consid Dodge Journeys. Pierre took me out to the lot and we found a base Journey with lots of extras. He did a great job of getting me the monthly payment that I had in mind. I felt no pressure whatsoever from him and I went ahead and purchased the Journey. I do have to say that I was disappointed in the quality of the detail work that was done on my Journey. But Pierre made sure that the problem was taken care of. He and the dealership more than made up for it by giving me some extras for my Journey that left me very satisfied. More

We ended up ordering the vehicle and when it came in the salesperson delivered it to our home at the time he said he would be there. The vehicle was for my son and the salesperson went over everything about the vehicle and demonstrated removing & putting up the top(Jeep Wrangler Unlimited soft top) with my son. I was very pleased with our purchase of this vehicle from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. They not only got us this vehicle at a great price but they treated us like family. We recently relocated to the Matthews area from Northern New Jersey. We brought our 2011 Jeep and our 2007 Dodge Ram with us. The sales Manager Frank introduced me to Brandon Melendez , he referred to Brandon as one of our "Ram Experts" (in what I thought was just typical sales hype.) I could not have been more wrong. Brandon is in fact a Dodge Ram, Ram Truck Guru. He explained each and every feature,upgrade, change and improvement between the 2012 and the 2013 models and the changes and improvements in Dodge and the Ram brand since I originally purchased my 2007 1500 SLT QC. He patiently listened to my wife and I discuss the various options of each of the more than 20 vehicles he showed us. As I said earlier I came here from Northern New Jersey and have purchased no less than 9 Dodge, Ram and Jeep products over the last 10 years under very different ( and not very pleasent ) circumstances. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that night and gave Brandon and the sales staff a challenge...Give me exactly what I want for my trade and find a very specific vehicle. At 10:00 the following morning I received a telephone call from a very excited Brandon Melendez....not only were they able to give me the amount I requested on my trade but they found the exact truck I described located near Knoxville TN and had actually sent a driver over there to bring it back to Matthews to sell to me. I rate Keffler as extremely high in value, honesty. And integrity. I had been shopping around for a Mercedes for several months locally here in Atlanta and online. Pictures can be deceiving but Joey understood and gave me a true accounting. The car was delivered to my house (imagine that) in Atlanta. It turned out to better than expected.
