We were searching for a pre-owned car for our daughter's first car, and Matt was very helpful in steering us towards her choices of a Jeep Liberty. In between these, was a beautiful, X-Terra Pro daughter's first car, and Matt was very helpful in steering us towards her choices of a Jeep Liberty. In between these, was a beautiful, X-Terra Pro 4x in mint condition, so we test drove that car,and fell in love with it. After much consideration, including a long visit to Nissan to compare this car to a new Pro 4X, we decided to pursue the white X-Terra at Keffer. Matt really worked with us on the price and was very helpful in negotiating a great deal. We are totally in love with our very 'cool' X-Terra!! I purchased my new Jeep Compass from Keffer Jeep in November 2011. Since purchasing my 2011 Jeep Compass, I have experienced nothing other than complete frustration. I purchased my Compass after ownin November 2011. Since purchasing my 2011 Jeep Compass, I have experienced nothing other than complete frustration. I purchased my Compass after owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for nine years. I loved my Cherokee; however, it was time for a new and more reliable vehicle. As a single mother, it was critical I had a reliable vehicle that was safe for me and my son. Instead of reliable and safe, I purchased a "lemon". Within the past year, I was the proud driver of three rental cars and numerous hours in the service waiting area all due to my new vehicle that had less than 10 thousand miles on it. As if this wasn't horrible enough, dealing with the Customer Service department was the worst part. I worked with Richard Hunter and naturally, after my numerous visits to the service department, Chris Brown, the Service Department Manager. Both were rude, unempathetic, lacked professionalism or anything close to what is considered "customer service". At times, my phones calls were not returned and during one of my visits, Chris Brown even refused to talk to me. I contacted The Chrysler cooperation; however, I was directed back to the dealership and the service department, which was my reason for calling Chrysler, customer service was non-existent. I absolutely will not ever not purchase a vehicle from Keffer Jeep or Chrysler in general. I currently have 12 thousand miles on my jeep and can't wait to trade it. I especially am looking forward to not having to go to the dealership. More
