I had an awesome shopping experience at Keffer! They were very accomodating, and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while. We had very specific requirements, not just for price but for our lifestyle. We were pushed to purchase a new vehicle sooner than we had wan while. We had very specific requirements, not just for price but for our lifestyle. We were pushed to purchase a new vehicle sooner than we had wanted (nothing in relation to Keffer Dodge). My previous truck had been totaled by an 18 wheeler (my truck had been a Dodge Ram 1500 and paid in full...) and before that had been the owner of a Durango. I was leaning more towards an SUV this time and was interested in a Tahoe. My husband and I visited the local Chevy dealership and when we walked into the showroom, no one greeted us and we were twiddling our thumbs for about a minute before we were recognized. After that, we walked the lot by ourselves in the rain looking for vehicles. And then we met an employee who left us sitting for 10 minutes while he filled the tank for another car. Needless to say, we felt unwanted and that we were intruding on their day. During this time, I called Keffer Dodge and made an appointment to meet with Leo. When we spoke, I informed him what we were interested in and he said he had the perfect vehicle for us! Come on down and we'll talk. So, we left in a hurry. When we pulled up, an actual warm body met us outside in the rain!! It happened to be Leo, who greeted us warmly and brought us inside to talk. He was very personable and extremely willing to help us and gain our business. He told us he had worked there a few years and how it was family oriented. He knew what we were interested in and brought the Durango up for our inspection and test drive. He hit the nail on the head with this one and my husband and I enjoyed the test drive. Leo knew the financial limit we had and I was skeptical that it was going to happen. I felt that I was going to have to "settle" for another vehicle (which I had done after my truck was totaled) and was disheartened. To my surprise, Leo came through!! He met our requirements for a vehicle, made us feel like he wanted our business and worked for it. Keffer even beat the pre approval we had through our bank. I have to say our experience with Keffer was great. Purchasing a new vehicle is a long process and we have been through it many times. To have a dealership earn our business and want us to come back for future purchases is a rare feeling. Keffer goes back to the heart of business, it's not all about the money but how you are treated, and for us, that makes a huge difference. More

The initial greeting by Willie was not precluded with hype or rehearsed sales lines, but a genuine concern and interest about my needs. He was refreshingly honest about the vehicles that I sought and offered truthful, valuable feedback. Willie worked hard at trying to find the best option based on my preferences while making me feel that I was his top and only priority. Teaming up with Matt Knight in the process was an additional source of reassurance that I was dealing with a professional staff who was more interested in obtaining repeat clients than selling vehicles. I left Keffer with a wonderful new Jeep, a solid understanding of the auto buying process and a sound appreciation for the unexpectedly outstanding service that I received. More

Not only did he meet our deal, he exceeded it with a new car, instead of used and got the car payment lower. I am sending our son to him when he gets back from the military in Kuwait.
