I found the dealership to be friendly and cordial. The questions I had concerning my trade were answered in a professional manner. Chrylser announced a $500.00 rebate on the truck the day after I purchased and I wish the dealership could have known this in advance and passed this information on to me. I would have delayed the purchase for one day for the $500.00. Again, the buying experience was very positive and Willie did a great job. I went to Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to purchase my new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I purchased my 2011 Dodge Challenger at the same dealership. Matt Knight was my Salesperson back in 2011. I really had new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I purchased my 2011 Dodge Challenger at the same dealership. Matt Knight was my Salesperson back in 2011. I really had an enjoyable experience with him then. When I walked in, I specifically requested Matt again. Matt is always extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was assisting other customers, and we were pleased to be able to peruse the available inventory while he assisted another customer. Upon finding the vehicle we were interested in, we took a test drive. The van more than met our needs and requirements. When it came time for negotiations, Matt asked where we wanted our payments. I told him, and he worked a fantastic deal for me. When it came time for finance, Angelo worked the paperwork. We also had him back in 2011 and he remembered us. Paperwork went very quickly. All discounts were processed properly. When we left, I noted that the gas cap was missing on the new van. Since parts were closed for the night, Matt stated when I brought the van back for the interior protectant that he would make sure a new cap was installed. I returned today, and the cap was installed as promised. Overall, I like the Matt and the Keffer sales team as a whole. They have great attention to detail and make the buying experience effortless. I tell them what I want, and they make it happen. More

I was interested in dart model so on my way back from work decided to stop by it check it out, the front desk staff was very friendly and conversational.
