I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle on the website. I spoke with Matt Knight and he let me know he would check to ensure the vehicle was on the lot. I have been a proud owner of a Ford f150 truck for many years and lately I had encountered various mechanical problems with it. At Keffer I met one of the friendliest and nurturing person by the name of General Washington (his real name). After a brief introduction and discussion of why I was there, we got down to business. Mr. Washington made me feel at ease almost immediately as we discussed the various options that I had. As I test drove various models of vehicles, I was still sceptical about my ability to purchase a new vehicle. To make the long story short, I am a proud owner of a 2013 Dodge Avenger, because of the extraordinary effort of Mr. Washington. He not only met but surparsed my expectations in meeting my needs and addressing my concerns. I have purchased many vehicles in my life. Never has a dealership tested my nerve like Keffer. Just the complete over bearing attempt to sell me a new truck pushed me elsewhere. We have just purchased our second new car from Keffer and once again it was a great experience. Working with Donnie is always a pleasure.
