As with any big purchase I had to take some time and think about it for a while with my family and Brandon was very patient and did not put any pressure on me at all. I did end up getting my new charger r/t at a very good price and Matt in finance helped me through the paperwork with ease and before I knew it I was in my new car with a full tank of gas and a hemi under the hood. In November 2012 I went to Lake Norman Jeep Dodge etc to purchase a new Wrangler and I feel as though the salesman wasted four hours of my time. I only actually spoke to the salesman for about thirty minute purchase a new Wrangler and I feel as though the salesman wasted four hours of my time. I only actually spoke to the salesman for about thirty minutes (including a fifteen minute test drive). The other time was spent waiting on the finance guy. In the end, I left without a new vehicle and angry. A week later I went to Keffer Jeep Dodge Chrysler and met Julius Tindell. I told Julius what i wanted and after a test drive, I drove away in a 2012 Wrangler Sahara less that two hours later. In February 2013, I went to Keffer Jeep Dodge Chrysler to get an oil change and bumped into Julius. Julius remembered that I expressed interest in a Jeep Unlimited and asked if I was still interested. He ran the number on a 2013 Sahara Unlimted and less than two hours later, I drove off in my new JKU. Julius didn't take me through all the unnecessary nonsense. He got down to business, kept me in the loop and the moment the deal was cleared, he came and got me to complete to the deal. He also set up the swap out of my custom wheels from my JK to my new JKU and worked a lift kit into the deal of the JKU and had it installed a couple days later. I look forward to buying a 2014 Rubicon from Julius soon. I have given this rating of Julius Tindell and the Keffer family, because all my experiences with them i.e. sales, maintenance etc. have been pleasant and it's my opinion this team deserves recognition for the great customer service they provide.
