I would like to take the time and have give a big acknowledgment to Julius Tindell. I have know Julius for appx 3 yrs. as a driver he used frequently to transport his cars to other states and to cust acknowledgment to Julius Tindell. Julius and Mike were able to get me in to another 2013 journey with 0 money down, my negative equity rolled into the new loan and a payment not due til 12/26/13-----------HOW AWSOME IS THAT !!! Joey Maus was the most unprofessional car salesman that we have ever dealt with. We have bought a lot of cars and trucks from many different dealerships but Joey was by far the worst I've ever dealt with. we have ever dealt with. While looking at the truck and him getting our info he was telling us about selling his now ex-girlfriend a car who works there and how happy he was to put her $60,000 in debt. We were wanting to make a deal quick and Keffer had the truck we wanted so we told Joey to work the numbers anyway. This guy came back and said And I Quote "Looks like your going to have to get the other truck cause if I'm not going to make my commission then I'm not going to sell you that truck" How immature is that. We didn't want the other truck so why would you even do that. After a few choice words with him and him getting really nervous (Which proves he knew he screwed up!) we were headed out the door. Luckily the used car manager Mike was there and asked us what happened and begged us to come back on Saturday to let him work this out. We did comeback and eventually got the numbers right. I advise anyone that goes to see the window sticker price then pull it up on there website and on autotrader.com. It may shock you! For example the ram we bought was $7,000 less on the website and $4,500 less on autotrader.com. There was no disclaimer saying that not everyone will qualify just that tax title and tag extra as usual. All in all we got a awesome truck it's just very disappointing that we had to work with Joey first. He has a lot of growing up to do. His dad is the General Sales Manager (JOE MAUS) and he wouldn't even email me back when I let him know about our experience. Guess since he's the bosses son he can get away with it. They just swept it under the rug. Guess the old saying is right "Like Father Like Son." Tom Wilson is the General Manager over the dealership and he promptly answered my email and said he had talked to Joey and will talk to Joe. If you decide to go to Keffer ask for Heather Hinson she will take care of you. There is plenty that I may have left about about our dealings with Joey Maus and due to him I would not recommend this dealership to a friend or enemy!!! More

We had been looking for a new truck in and around our home in Bristol va 31/2 hrs from the Keffer dealership with no luck or help.I contacted Matt Knight on 9/12/2013 about a new truck they had on the we home in Bristol va 31/2 hrs from the Keffer dealership with no luck or help.I contacted Matt Knight on 9/12/2013 about a new truck they had on the web page and from the start he help like he had always knew us and that Saturday 9/14/2013 we made the drive to charlotte nc.He met us in the lot when we pulled in, between himself and Frank Cruz they took care of us and answered every thing about the truck.This was the best experience I have had with a dealership I did not feel pressured at all like the other dealers I had talked with for over a month at other lots.The best way to put it is "Quality customer service with great sales men."
