We went to Chrysler to buy a van as Chrysler invented the van. We were not disappointed, Heather Hinson and Matt Nicoll went the extra mile to help us get financing at a very nice rate. I purchased my new Jeep from Keffer back in April. I had the pleasure of working with Leo. This was my first new vehicle purchase and as expected I was nervous and seemingly lost on where to begin. I didn't want to be taken advantage of or persuade into buying something that wasn't a good fit for me. Leo was the first person to greet me in the lot. Within the first three minutes of talking to him and explaining my situation, I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I knew I had come to the right place! I am writing this review now (7 months later) because I am still overly pleased with the great customer service. Any questions I have about maintenance or recommendations for my vehicle I can just call up Leo or shoot him a text and always get a prompt response. He's very accommodating as he has been since day one! I can't speak highly enough about my great experience at Keffer and with Leo. I got a phone call from India and we talked and I said I would try to come later that night. This didn't work out but I started getting a lot of e-mails when I didn't show up that night. I saw one from Joe Maus, General Manager that listed all the items that were included with a purchase of a vehicle from Dick Keffer that looked very impressive so I responded back to him. He answered my e-mail and I asked for him specifically when I got to the dealership. It didn't click that he was the general manager and probably wasn't the initial contact person. He was very personable and I told him I'd asked for him when I came I came in since he had responded to my e-mail. He never tried to pass me off to anyone elst at this point. Asked me to have a seat tell him what I was looking for in a car. I had gotten an e-mail from Charles (Coach) Jones also and mentioned this and Joe had Coach take me on a test drive. Didn't have the black like I wanted but the Blue Charger with the Hemi engine was impressive. I went back the next day to sign papers and saw my second choice a Chrysler 300 on the showroom floor that I fell in love with! Black like I wanted nice inside LOTs of bells and whistles. Got Coach to let me test drive one and asked him to see if I could get this instead of the Charger. You know how women change their mind! I was afraid after all the trouble Joe with to get me into the Charger he's be mad but Coach said it would be ok Joe just wanted me to get the car I wanted. Andy, the finance manger helped me get the revised financing in place. Coach took the time to show me how some of the options worked, he synced up my cell phone and showed me a lot of the options. All were extremely nice and pleasant to work with and especially Joe who told Coach he would handle my purchase personally. I got the car I want and pretty close to the payments I wanted and all without a lot of hassle. It really made me feel good that the General manager handled my purchase personally. Couldn't have had a better experience. I'm telling all my friends, co-workers, neighbors about my experience with Dick Keffer and Joe Maus and Coach Jones. More

After just visiting 4 local dealers over the past 2 weeks, I was finally relieved to have found such a great salesman as Charles Jones ("Coach") to help me. All the other dealerships, (including my loc weeks, I was finally relieved to have found such a great salesman as Charles Jones ("Coach") to help me. All the other dealerships, (including my local one which was Stateline in fort mill) left me frustrated with a severe headache and of course no deal. None of them even came close to the amount I needed on my trade and came up with ridiculous numbers that were way out of my budget. This dealership not only took care of that, but also got me into the new Jeep Cherokee that I asked for with the payment in budget as well! Charles and everyone there were so nice and went the extra mile to help me get the deal I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him and this dealership to all. More
The experience I had purchasing my new Ram truck was quite a surprise. I had done my research on-line and was looking for a local dealer that could meet my expectations on pricing, availability, financ quite a surprise. Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was able to meet that without a lot of long drawn out negotiations. Shaun Shore was a great sales consultant. I was truly amazed, after we agreed on a price, when he offered to bring the truck I picked out on-line to my house for a test drive. He ask if it was OK to draw up the sales and financing papers to bring with him, and I gave him the go ahead with the contingency that I approve of the vehicle after the test drive. Long story short, I test drove the truck and loved it. The ride with Shaun was pleasant, not a stuffy sales pitch. He was very personable and we carried on conversations for twenty miles of back road driving and it felt like we had already met before. Shawn and I then sat down at my house and signed all the papers, and he drove away with my trade-in vehicle. I never actually set foot at the dealership. This was my best car purchase experience ever and I have purchased 9 new vehicles and 1 used vehicle at different places over the last 30 years. More
