Brandon got back to me within the hour - after closing hours, if I remember correctly - and gave me the info I was looking for, including a loose appointment time to meet with him or another associate at the dealership the next day. Long story short - I bought the vehicle. I felt the price was right, I got fair value for my trade, and I got an excellent finance rate with options for term, either 48 or 60 months. No high-pressure sales tactics or hard-sell attempts to get me for add-ons in the finance office, just offers presented and accepting of my polite decline of same. Recommend Brandon and Keffer for your business. Brandon is professional and eager for your business and will make you feel like your business is important to him. My husband and I visited the dealership on 12/14/13 for purchase of a Jeep for myself. I test drove the Patriot and the Cherokee. Without at doubt I fell in love with the Cherokee. Joseph, started my paper work, and of course the numbers weren't where I wanted them to be. After twenty minutes, we came to a comfortable agreement! My experience with the dealership, and most importantly Joseph Garcia was a very pleasant experience! I was in the market to purchase a new company truck. I had already settled on a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT. I was to go to the dealership that afternoon to do the paperwork and pick up the truck. I was having coffee that morning and logged on to MSN.com to catch up with the news and noticed an article that said Ram Receives "Truck Of The Year" for the second year in a row. I read the article and it was saying how hard it is to receive this award for two years in a row. The reason was that the engineers at DODGE had put a lot of focus on fuel economy. They had put the Pentastar 3.6 V6 with the new ZF 8 speed transmission and created a best in class 25 MPG. This had my attention. I had never given RAM a thought but the article went on about how the engineers also had the customer in mind for quality, comfort and ride. They are best in class for Aerodynamics, over 10,000 lbs. towing capacity and have a new Air-Ride suspension. Okay, I knew that I was about 5 miles From Keffer Jeep Dodge Ram off Independence Blvd. in Charlotte. I had seen Joe Maus with Brandon LaFell with the Carolina Panthers on TV so I know them as "The Family Store". I figured it was worth checking out. Upon arriving at the dealership I immediately noticed the parking lot was full. I have been buying cars for 30 years and I had never seen so many people at one dealership at one time. I figured this to be a good sign for either quality of the product or they were having some kind of blow out sale. I entered and was approached by a Sales Professional who introduced himself as Mike Maus. I explained to Mike what I was looking for and told him that I was only looking and that I was on my way to the Ford dealership to pick up my new truck and I was stopping by on the way because of an add that I read on MSn about the Ram being Truck Of The Year. Mike listened to my requirements and suggested two trucks that would fit my needs. I was so impressed with the ride and the quality of the Ram V6 with the 8 speed transmission that I all of a sudden had to reconsider buying the F-150 that I had already decided to buy. We got back to the dealership and Mike simply asked if he could have the opportunity to quote against the Ford that I was set out to buy. I figured there was no harm in hearing him out. Mike then brought out Frank Cruz (the sales manager) and introduce me. They presented an "out the door" price that was actually shocking. The truck that I drove was nicer in every way than the Ford that I had already decided on and for a lot less. I am a business owner and I recognize a good deal when I see one. I proceeded to purchase the Ram truck. Remember, I had already made up my mind on the Ford but because of the quality of the truck and the knowledge of the people at the dealership, it would have been a bad investment to go anywhere else. I am actually going to consider buying a 1500 crew cab sport for my personal company car now. I have been getting between 21.3 to 27 mpg which is unbelievable for a full size truck. It is so impressive. What a great choice and what a great dealership. They are truly "The Family Store". I want to personally that Mike Maus, Joe Maus, Frank Cruz and Angelo Libman (in finance) for showing me how to make a smart truck buying decision for myself and my business. I would tell anyone who is considering to buy a truck, there's only one truck in my mind to buy and that's a Ram and there's only one dealership to buy it from and that's Keffer Jeep/ Dodge/Ram. The first person I met at the door was the receptionist, she was quite friendly and welcomed me in as she was preparing Christmas decorations. I then met Leo who helped me immensely. He was attentive to what I wanted, even down to the color of the vehicle. He brought around a Charger and we took a test drive, while he explained the electronics and the power and engine. He was quite knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. I was driving a 2008 Dodge Magnum and he worked very hard with the financial rep. to get me the best deal possible for my trade-in. He also found all the rebates, specials and everything, including the fact that Wal-Mart employees get a certain discount. A lot of salesmen wouldn't even have known that. When I asked for a different color than the car we test drove, he even found that. I was amazed at how knowledgeable all of the staff were, and how determined they were to get me a payment I could live with. Leo then took the time to answer all of my questions about everything on the car and how it worked. The quality of service I received was incredible. More
