I was shopping for my daughter, a new driver, who wanted a Jeep Patriot. I drove to Keffer and that's when sales associate Ms. Lindsi Flynn, took a sincere interest in helping me find a Patriot. At the time, there was not a used Patriot on the lot in my price range but she took my information and promised to call me back. Sure enough, in a few weeks she called me and said Keffer had just taken in a 2008 Patriot on a trade. When I first saw this " White" Patriot, I was wondering about the mechanical condition and exterior appearance, as it was very dirty!! Lindsi assured me both of my concerns would be taken care of. She put me in touch with the service manager who explained to me what repairs needed to be completed. Lindsi explained the car detail service and then after negotiating a very fair price, she kept me informed on the progress of the repairs and detail work. When time came to pick up the Patriot, I did not believe how beautiful it looked!! I was thrilled and so was my daughter when we gave her the Patriot for Christmas with a gold bow on the hood!!! I just want to sincerely thank Lindsi and the friendly Keffer staff who made buying a pre-owned vehicle so painless. The experience at Keffer was fantastic and easy.
