This review is based on our new car buying experience. It was the first time my wife has ever purchased a new car on her own (although I went with her). Our salesman (Richmond Carter) was very professional and put up with a lot from me. I've often felt that car salesmen (new or used) were like lawyers (not to be trusted and generally shot on site). This was not the case with Mr. Carter. He listened to our needs and directed us to the vehicle that met are needs and not something more / over-priced. I would definitely buy a car from him again without hesitation. Our experience with finance was just as good. My wife had gotten pre-approved on-line at 16% as long as we put $1400 down. Andy (please forgive me, I forget his last name) did some extra work and was able to get us 8.69% with only $500 down. Andy also explained some buying options and let us make our decision without pressure. Overall, I highly recommend these two gentlemen and was extremely pleased with their service. I have decided that neither of these gentlemen need to be shot on site. More

I would definitely recommend this dealership. I got a 08 Infiniti G35 S from them and Tim Flynn did everything to make the whole process as easy as it could be. From the moment I called Keffer and spoke with Richie, my experience with Keffer was like night and day compared to the other dealerships. Richie was extremely friendly and took the time to sit with my boyfriend and me to answer all of our questions. He was also very friendly, honest and reasonable in negotiating the price. I would recommend both Keffer and Richie to anyone looking to purchase or lease a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle! More

Jeep arrived from Keffer with damage to the paint on the front bumper, not just a couple of scratches but several scrapes all the way through the paint, I sent photographs of the damage twice and it is now front bumper, not just a couple of scratches but several scrapes all the way through the paint, I sent photographs of the damage twice and it is now six weeks later and the dealership has offered no resolution for fixing this, the check sheet that was delivered with the vehicle did not indicate that there was damage and the delivery driver seemed to be unaware of the problem. Pity that what started out as a good smooth transaction ended up this way, I am stuck with the repair on a brand new vehicle. More
