He said the internet price was for trade ins only, it does not say that online. He went on to say they use to get 40 calls a day, now that they have internet pricing they get 140 calls a day. It was if he was bragging that they reel people in and screw them over. We gave our best and final out the door offer based on KBB and the internet price. He came back with his own KBB print out. We said thank you for your time, he continued to talk. I said we like to get straight to the point, if you can't accept our offer we understand. I went on to say I don't mean to be rude but we are ready to go. I extended my hand to shake his hand, he responded you are being Rude and walked off leaving my hand in mid air.
