It has now been over three months since I purchased three trucks from Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and I still have not received the complete contracts for my vehicles. I also have not been given any information or updates regarding my tags. This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Because of this situation, I would never buy another truck from this place or recommend anyone to buy any vehicle from this place. More

Brought in my 2022 Dodge Charger to this location on 4/9 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was dealing with David in the service department. Why is that tire in the same location still this date but yet I was charged and thought you guys do honest work keep in mind I was there for 2 hours for this service which was a little longer then I wanted to be but neither here or there my issue now is I can’t trust this place they will tell you they did a service but DID NOT COMPLETE IT!!!! Now it becomes an integrity issue. Also I call and leave a service manager a voicemail and no return call would you want this service after spending $157 at this place?
