Brought my 2019 wrangler in for valve cover job covered by ALLY extended warranty. Also to have batteries replaced both of them and windshield replaced. They had my jeep for over three weeks I had to rep by ALLY extended warranty. Also to have batteries replaced both of them and windshield replaced. They had my jeep for over three weeks I had to repeatedly reach out to service guy via their text system because I could never reach him by phone. Three days from picking up Jeep repeatedly reached out via text with him for invoice to be prepared. No reply. Had to rent car from enterprise return it get ride from them to dealership only to find out that batteries were never replaced. And the valve cover job still had to pay 400 out of pocket on warranty job because the labor rates are highway robbery. Will never return More

Brought in my 2022 Dodge Charger to this location on 4/9 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was dealing with David in the service department. My passenger front wheel had a scratch which I knew about. W for an oil change and tire rotation. I was dealing with David in the service department. My passenger front wheel had a scratch which I knew about. Why is that tire in the same location still this date but yet I was charged and thought you guys do honest work keep in mind I was there for 2 hours for this service which was a little longer then I wanted to be but neither here or there my issue now is I can’t trust this place they will tell you they did a service but DID NOT COMPLETE IT!!!! Now it becomes an integrity issue. Also I call and leave a service manager a voicemail and no return call would you want this service after spending $157 at this place? I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS PLACE BE AWARE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
