So in his word, once I shook hand I should take that crappy deal regardless if I am getting better deal some where else with much polite and professional dealership More
"Express service/no appointment necessary" On the 19th of November in the morning, I went to Keeler Honda without an appointment and asked for 5 small things about my Accord. I was accepte On the 19th of November in the morning, I went to Keeler Honda without an appointment and asked for 5 small things about my Accord. I was accepted without any problem and directed to the waiting room. Two hours and a half later, no news. I went to the entrance desk again, was told nothing had been performed due to many appointments, and after a vague "sorry" I was offered to wait some more time(!) or to make an appointment for the next week. Of course I declined and will never return to that place where I was so despised. I waited 2hours and a half for nothing! Why not let it know upon arrival, the more so as it was planned? Unforgivable. As a 77 year old French citizen, it was the first time in the world and in my life I was exposed to this kind of bad behavior (and this is an euphemism). More
They lied, didn't honor agreement and sold car behind back I go into keeler ready to purchase a used vehicle, we found the perfect vehicle but they were unable to offer financing due to my credit situation. I go and secure my own financing and go back, we agree on a purchase price of the car, I give them all the paperwork necessary over the weekend and I leave it be thinking on monday, I'm going to go pick up my car. I get a phone call on monday saying my loan did not go through. I call my loan company to ask; what is happening...... The loan company says no one even called them! Keeler blatantly did not even bother calling my loan company, but they did run my credit multiple times, nor did they even have the courtesy to call me to say "we refuse to sell you the car". I come to find out they SOLD THE CAR BEHIND MY BACK and never told me, never called me, nothing, extremely dissatisfied with service and negligence here. Lack of honesty and absolutely no commitment to customer. They would rather make money from someone who's willing to pay more than accept your business. BEWARE More
Maintenance I took my car in to have the air conditioner fixed. When I got out of my car, the service guy asked me if I wanted them to look at the "squeak" in I took my car in to have the air conditioner fixed. When I got out of my car, the service guy asked me if I wanted them to look at the "squeak" in my rear tire, a sound I had never heard. He came to me in the waiting room and said my rear brake pads were low. I said I thought they had just recently put new ones in. He said they were the front pads. When I got home with my $300.00 plus bill I looked at my maintenance history and discovered the rear pads had been replaced two years previously. The bill indicated that I had told the service individual about the squeak in the rear week, a blatant falsehood. More
A great family experience Our family of 3 was in the market for a 2007 Honda CR-V, Keeler had one in stock with all the options that were important to us, at a GREAT PRICE. I Our family of 3 was in the market for a 2007 Honda CR-V, Keeler had one in stock with all the options that were important to us, at a GREAT PRICE. I called and spoke with a salesman named Jeff Lynch, who was courteous and professional on the phone. He took his time to double check that the car was still available, and called me right back to confirm. We drove down, he had the keys ready and the car pulled up as he knew time was important to us. Jeff did a great introduction of the vehicle, talking to me AND my wife throughout. Typically when we shop for a car together, my wife tends to feel ignored by the salespeople, but Jeff was a breath of fresh air. We drove the car and LOVED it. Negotiating a deal was painless. The dealership replaced the brakes, rotors, wipers, tires (even though they looked and drove good to me), and all the fluids. It felt like a brand new car when we drove it off the lot. I had a few questions about the car after we left, and was able to email Jeff, and get FAST answers without delay. We've bought a lot of cars over the years, and what my wife noticed the most, was how professional the staff at the dealership was. While we were there, there was no xxxxxx business, we overheard conversations with salespeople calling in to check on their customers, and the service department answering questions from other customers. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Ask for Jeff - He'll take great care of you. Our dealer is Keeler. More
Horrible Experience Incredibly aggressive and pushy, the epitome of a slimy car sales guy. Did not want them running my credit app but they did so anyways, and on top of Incredibly aggressive and pushy, the epitome of a slimy car sales guy. Did not want them running my credit app but they did so anyways, and on top of it shot gunned my app out to as many banks as they possibly could and ended up making my credit score drop 50 points in 3 days to make it difficult for me to go anywhere else. Thankfully I was able to still get a good APR. Awful experience will never go back. Rensselaer Honda was great! More

When we drove all the way to Keeler and ready to buy the car, the manager said he would not offer the price. The store manager was rude and did not have any integrity. It only makes me wondering what their service would be if I bought the car there. I am glad that I didnt make any purchase there, and will never ever visit this store. There are so many Honda dealer in the nearby area, I am surprised this store hired such a terrible manager to harm the reputation of this store. The good review for the Friendliness is for the sale man we worked with, Scott. He went above and beyond to present the car to us and to get us a reasonable offer. He had over 20 years of experience and known the stuff he was talking about. I am just feel sorry that such a good person is in a terrible hand. If Scott is in another dealer, we probably would have made a deal. What a pity. More
