Great Experience I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV-EX-L. My salesman was Jeff Lynch. Jeff was great from start to finish. That is every car buyer's dream. The girls at the reception desk were very friendly. Nice waiting area for coffee etc. When I picked up my vehicle, Jeff gave me the grand tour of the car. He knew every bell and whistle and took the time to show me them. There is a lot of toys with this model. I'll probably never get to them all. What I really liked about Jeff was his enthusiasm for the product. It was sincere and backed up with knowledge. I think I've found my new car buying home. More

Rude and lacking customer service Very disappointed in the service we have received from this establishment over the past few months after purchasing a vehicle from them in August 2016 Very disappointed in the service we have received from this establishment over the past few months after purchasing a vehicle from them in August 2016. From the beginning our sales person treated us like we were commission to him and he couldn't be bothered unless we purchased. After the sale, the door handle fell off of the vehicle a month or two later, and they refused to do anything about it because I chose not to purchase an extended warranty from them, despite the issue being recalled by the manufacturer. In fact they set me up with a service appointment to try to get more money from me to "look at it" (not fix it). This was after calling a total of 8 times over one month and being passed around numerous times. Needless to say I am happily paying another establishment currently to do work on it, because they are polite, honest and DO have customer service unlike Keeler. I won't be back nor recommended them to my enemy. Buyer beware. More

Great Experience and I'm very happy with my new vechicle!!! I have been emailing back and forth with Wendy for 8 months. She knew I was interested in getting a CRV when the lease for my Civic ended. She would keep an eye out for sales that were going on and would let me know if it would be the best time financially to end my lease . Just last week she let me know about the end of the year sale that they were having and I decided to take advantage of it. The color CR-V I wanted wasn't available at Keeler but she find one for me even with all of the extras I wanted. Wendy is great to work with, very friendly, reliable and will help you get exactly what you are looking for at a great price. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.
