We dreaded the process of buying a new car, however, we were pleasant We recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Lynch at Keeler Honda in Latham, NY. We dreaded the process of buying a new car, however, we were pleasantly surprised by our wonderful experience. Jeff met with us a couple of times as we were narrowing the field between brands. We never felt pressured to choose, Honda, nor were competitors ever put down. Keeler offered us the best price. When we were ready to make the purchase, Jeff came in on his day off and seemed happy to do so. He spent the bulk of the day with us assisting with every step of the purchase. He spent a long time explaining all of the technology and features that come with the new vehicle. He even introduced us to the service staff so we would know who would service our car if we choose to come there. We’ve been to many dealerships throughout the state, and Keeler felt more like a family than any other we visited. We highly recommend Jeff Lynch and Keeler Honda! More
