They did not beat around the bush when it came to the short supply of hybrids, there wasn't any smoke and mirrors. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not use the service dept at Keeler Honda in Latham, NY. My suv was towed to Keeler on Tuesday, July 12th around 8pm. My husband called the I will not use the service dept at Keeler Honda in Latham, NY. My suv was towed to Keeler on Tuesday, July 12th around 8pm. My husband called the next morning (Wednesday) to speak to someone regarding the suv. He was told that the service rep by the name if Nick is assigned to his vehicle. Nick wasn't available at the time my husband called. My husband left him a voicemail message with his contact information. On Thursday, my husband reached out to Nick again. He was told that Nick wasn't available so my husband left his contact information with the receptionist. She told him that she would pass the information along and have Nick return his call. On Friday, I called and spoke with Nick. He told me he didnt have a person to contact or a phone number. He told me that he called on Tuesday but couldn't' get through. I know that was a lie because we didn't have the car towed until Tuesday night around 8pm. I provided Nick with my husband's cell number once again. Nick said he would reach out to my husband to discuss the car. On Monday, July 18th, my husband went Keeler because he never heard back from Nick. Nick told him what was wrong with the car and how long it would take to fix. Nick told my husband that he will call him once the parts come in so he can sign the necessary papers for the extended warranty. We are not surprised that Nick never called when the parts came in. My husband called again and spoke with Nick on Thursday, July 21st. Nick said that the car was ready and my husband can come in to sign the papers. My husband goes to sign the papers today and Nick is no where to be found. This experience has been the worst. Nick doesn't have any communication or customer service skills and he isn't very truthful. The worst rep to deal with. We can't wait until we get our car back so we don't have to deal with Nick. We shouldn't have to chase him down for answers. More
