Keeler Honda is the only Honda dealership in the area that I will patronize. I bought my very first car and first Honda from them, back in the seventies. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. The staff are well-trained and knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Other car dealers cannot make the same claim. I've occasionally checked out the competition and I've been summarily unimpressed. Keeler is a bit of a distance away from where I live, but I have gladly made the drive, due to my utmost faith in their judgment and capabilities. Just yesterday, I picked up my most recent car purchase from Keeler, a 2019 Honda HR-V-EX. This time around, my sales rep was Tom Fenton. Tom is a delightful individual and I highly recommend his services. I had many, many questions and I took up a considerable amount of his time, both in person and on the phone, over the course of several days. Tom remained cheerful and determined to be of assistance the entire time. (He is the kind of person whose company you would enjoy no matter where you crossed paths.) I also worked with Nate Atwater, the finance manager. Nate was cheerful, thorough, and very helpful, both in person and on the phone. Might I add that the women who answer the phone at Keeler are friendly and helpful. This task falls, primarily, to Brittany and Robin, but also to several other staff who rotate in, as needed. My congratulations to management, who do a terrific job on hiring. It really shows! Had a 2023 Honda Civic hatchback sport 6 speed MT for $26,240. With useless dealer add on (smart shield, and honda pro pack (spash guard, locking lug nuts, and mats) , it drove the price up another $160 $26,240. With useless dealer add on (smart shield, and honda pro pack (spash guard, locking lug nuts, and mats) , it drove the price up another $1600. The vehicle has not yet arrived from the factory, i asked to not include the dealee add ons. They didnt call back. As consumers, we neeed to stop buying from dealerships who engage in these practices to have them stop. More
