If you see this car, you will know how exceptional it is. I also had a few issues with my vehicle, the most major issue being a loose dash bolt that caused a lot of squeaking and popping noise. It was addressed by a great mechanic that identified the issue while testing the ride with me in the car, I was able to help point out the noise. It was fixed the same day. I was offered a loaner car for the afternoon and the issue is now resolved. Everyone at the dealership is polite, professional and I'm planning on buying or leasing my next BMW from Keeler. More

Over the course of negotiations we had a few ups and downs, which is not uncommon in car purchasing. Riaz worked very hard to earn our business, and when it came to financing he went the extra mile to get us a better rate than we could get at local banks or other financing institutions. He is knowledgeable about the product, very charismatic and just an overall great person to deal with. We have not had the occasion to have service work done at this time. Drew McKeough was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is excited and passionate about BMW and the quality behind the brand. He is honest, down-to-earth, and friendly - qualities you don't always get in a salesperson! My parents purchased a 2013 BMW 328xi for me as a wedding present. I test-drove the X1 and the 328xi and fell in love with the 328xi. Drew walked me through the packages available and I decided on the Luxury package with saddle brown leather and blue exterior. The car is GORGEOUS. Drew was in constant contact during the entire process - he updated me by email and also called me with major updates. Most importantly of all, Drew gave me a BMW tutorial (as this was my first, hopefully one of many, BMWS!). He showed me how to use keyless entry, program my iphone Bluetooth, use navigation, the safety features, and specifics of my fabulous new car. I highly recommend Keeler BMW and I also recommend Drew McKeough 100% as your dealer!! He is the absolute best. Thank you, Drew! More
I just leased a 2014 BMW 320xi from Keeler BMW and couldn't be happier! Their showroom is impressive - very modern and professional looking. Most importantly however was the sales staff - I would recommend anyone in the market for a BMW to see Riaz Yacob over at Keeler BMW. Riaz helped me throughout the process from start to finish. He was friendly, professional and not pushy - he also worked with me to get me an awesome deal. He went above and beyond throughout the process and I can't thank him and the rest of the team over at Keeler BMW for making my experience there so great. I will definitely be doing business with them again! More
I dropped off my car with collision knowing full well (and advised within minutes) that there would be a delay due to the holidays. Jackie mentioned the car would take roughly 3 weeks. At the end of 3 (and advised within minutes) that there would be a delay due to the holidays. Jackie mentioned the car would take roughly 3 weeks. At the end of 3 weeks I called jackie to see the status of the car. Jackie mentioned she had ago order a few parts and the car would be ready in 3 days. I said ok, and followed up again on that Wednesday, they day she said. This is the problem with this person at Keeler; Jackie's nonchalant attitude/tone is unmistakeable and it's very obvious she couldn't care less that I had an urgency for the car. This can be proven by the fact that I constantly had to chase her for answers and she never returned a call as she had promised on 4 SEPARaTE occasions. So she calls me the next Thursday sating that the car would be ready on Friday. I call on Friday and she said they have delays and will need until Monday. This is where I got angry as I had been assured my vehicle would be ready almost 8 business days prior! So Monday comes by, and of course I have to call Jackie (remember she couldn't care less). I called her at 4:30 pm and she said "oh yea I was going to call you." That's ridiculous - I asked her where my car was and she said again in her usual nonchalant, uninformed tone that the car wasn't ready and would be so on Tuesday. I call again on Tuesday and guess what Jackie again claims they had some delays!!!! Wednesday comes by and again, I have to call this woman to find out when my car is ready. This is the kicker - she claims "the car is in the detail shop." I said ok when is my car ready? She mentioned I didn't have an inspection, so I said go for it as long as my car is ready today (Wednesday). Jackie's response "of course, I'll call you when it's ready." I then spoke to her about where to pick me up AS I HADNT HAD A CAR!! So Thursday comes and I call Jackie to see (a) why she hadn't called me back and (b) where the car was! Her response was probably valid in the 1980s when she said "oh, you didn't et my message?" FYI Jackie - it's 2014 we have voicemail buddy - YOU DIDNT CaLL me ! Friday comes by and I had lost all patience at that point and called to speak with her manager Wayne. I am waiting to hear what "explanation" I'm going to get from Wayne. More
