We returned it the next day on November 10, 2020. We did put 2,700.00 down on the vehicle went we bought it. The dealership did go to great lengths to get another vehicle but the same thing has happened and we could not take this vehicle as well. On Keeler.com's web site it clearly has stated "IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATIFIED WE WILL TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK". That statement has been taken down as well since all this has happened but we have a copy of this, it was on the main web page. Joe was our sales person and there was other management involved, we have requested our 2,700.00 back multiple times and have been told by them they are not giving it back and to go pound sand pretty much. Since then we have retained an attorney, our attorney has told us what they are doing is against federal and State law. They have ignored him and now we will be letting the courts decide. I would like to say that it's not the money but the point. Why write "IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CAN RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS AND NOT HONOR ? This was the worse dealership I have ever dealt with I have bought many high end vehicles in my life. I do not recommend them to anyone. I want them to know this is not over ! More
Was looking to get out of my lease early and lower my car payment by purchasing a certified used. Dustin was great to work with - super helpful, and made the process quick and painless. I wasn't super fond of the pushiness of the various warranties/add on packages when I was signing the papers to take the car home. I definitely got some anxiety over that. But all in all a quick pleasant process. More
Car in for routine oil change. Told service rep that display was calling for tire pressure attention. On completion of work, was handed a list of items checked including tire pressure. Buyers beware !!! This review could be pages long but I’ll try keep it short as I have wasted enough of my time dealing with this incompetent Keeler bmw dealership and service con artists Basically we I’ll try keep it short as I have wasted enough of my time dealing with this incompetent Keeler bmw dealership and service con artists Basically went to purchase a pre owned bmw and it was a nightmare for start to finish ( actually never finished or drove away with the vehicle) as it was not safe and the service center was unable to fix the issue in 3 attempts despite them knowing issues with all wheel drive system before they sold us vehicle .Finally with just cancelled the the whole transaction and wasted hours dealing with sales, finance and management. This was going be my sons first car graduation gift ... such disappointment in a potential future bmw or keeler customer .. I have purchased many luxury vehicles at this dealership and I can’t say they where ever great .. but what dealership really is ?? But this issue was beyond acceptable and actually fraudulent.. trying to pass along a vehicle that was unsafe traction control and abs brake system... good thing I have experience working on these vehicle.. or I would have been completely ”. Ripped off”” I understand the profit margins these places need . But in the end they lost me , my friends, and any one I can share this experience with. And on last note .. after the sale and before my son drove off the lot and entire dash board lit up .. sales man was gone !! And when I had go find him explain problem still there after 3 attempts fix it . I got “ not my problem “ attitude when all paperwork work was signed. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn the general public of this place and people they have employed there .. More

Just picked up my BMW today. Jack Marsh made everything easy especially in these times. Nick Tedesco and Ronnie were also great.
