I completed the purchase of my new 2023 X3 (the 4th in a row that I've bought). I dropped off my 3 series for near closing time for the dealership as it was making an unusual noise. A sales person asked if I needed assistance when I walked in. Ronnie directed me to the drop box and to dealership as it was making an unusual noise. A sales person asked if I needed assistance when I walked in. Ronnie directed me to the drop box and told me where to park. When I returned back to the warm showroom to book and wait for an UBER, I mentioned how expensive it was going to be. Ronnie offered to drop me off on his way home! Since I live quite a distance North of Latham, he really saved me a lot of time and money. I can't thank him enough for helping me. The best customer service I have had from any business. More

Going to buy $70k, BMW X5 from Keeler. They offered $22k for a $31k book value Audi. New Countey Lexus gave us $30k trade for our Audi, we purchased a 2022 Lexus RX450 hybrid there. This place is horrendous. We tried to buy an X7 here and had to constantly follow-up with the sale person. After buying an X7 elsewhere, we now need to take our car to Keeler for service and this place is had to constantly follow-up with the sale person. After buying an X7 elsewhere, we now need to take our car to Keeler for service and this place is a joke. It took over 3 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change. We were then told it would be 1 1/2 hours until the oil change was done. My wife is now sitting in their broken down and dirty service area with three kids for nearly 3 hours and they're saying the car is "almost ready". More
