I have had nothing.but a frat experience with Keeler Motors. And, I am convinced that BMW is truly the Ultimate Driving Machine! I loved Keeler the way the handled from my first visit till I got my BMW X3. Riaz is great guy to work with. He knowledgeable and friendly. He even keep in touch even after you bought your vechicle. I live in Mendon Vermont and chose to purchase my BMW X1 after a phone call with Drew McKeough. My first service was in October and after talking to Drew, he helped me set up my service appointment. I was able to drop my car off on a Sunday and Drew brought my car to Albany Park Ride and Fly the following Saturday when I returned. He was incredibly accommodating, more than happy to help me! I would highly recommend Drew as a superior salesman and he is committed to assisting you at any time. More
I called the BMW service because I had hit a pothole. The young lady who answered the phone suggested that I stop in and she would make a service advisor aware that I would be stopping in. I pulled into the service bay and Raffe came right out of his office. As I was explaining what I felt the problem with the car was, Drew, my sales advisor, immediately upon seeing me in the service bay came right out to check on me and the car. Raffe assessed and advised me on what they would do. After the service technician looked at the car, Raffe came and found me in the lounge and explained what was wrong with the car, what needed to be done to fix it and my options. I needed a new tire and was not pressured to do anything more than that. I decided to replace two tires. I was in and out in no time. More
I went to keeler BMW twice for a car. The first time I got a coupe white bmw that I absolutely loved for an amazing price . My second car was a black four door bmw that I love with navigation and pretty m got a coupe white bmw that I absolutely loved for an amazing price . I went to RIAZ both times and got a great deal and was very pleased. My sister and boyfriend ended up switching over from Nissan and Mini Cooper to BMW also soon after . More

Did not provide an oil change when I bought the car. Brought it back in and they said they did the oil change when in fact they did not. They said they replaced something, I continued to have problems, then they told me it was another issue and I was quoted $2,000 to fix the problems. I think these people are xxxxxxxx and I stick by that. I've considered small claims court because I have all the documents proving my case and when my issues began, but I just haven't had the time to execute the process. More

A little thing that is huge in my enjoyment driving in NY winters. Master mechanic, Kurt was there to help explain all the great features in my new car. His knowledge and skill gave me confidence I was making the best decision on purchasing my BMW. I highly recommend Keeler BMW!! More
