The wait was quite lengthy, but that is understandable in the middle of this Covid 19 pandemic. As usual the service team is meticulous in their attention to my car. A concern I have is the loss of service incidents, I wasn’t able to use all of the appointments for the first 25k because time expired. This recent appointment was for 35k but Wendy Valdez bumped it to the 40k service. Did I just lose another prepaid visit? More
