After being there for a bit I ended up getting a used car with a good deal for the most part the only thing which is why I give this 3 stars was one of the manager with a beard kind of short carried sunglasses. i honestly don’t remember his name but he was behind the glass doing numbers for me but was very outspoken he honestly was using a lot of curse words and just didn’t sound professional it didn’t help that there was no doors behind that glass so I could hear him very easily and i honestly idk If I heard him clearly but it almost sounded like he was complaining about me or my trade in like it was annoyance we all have bad days but work should remain as professional as possible and also be mindful if customers are around. Other than that everything was smooth. More

Tried to trade in my vehicle to get a new Tacoma. Was initially working with a sales manager named Will. I was in a unique credit situation with my trade in having a lot of negative equity, so I unde Was initially working with a sales manager named Will. I was in a unique credit situation with my trade in having a lot of negative equity, so I understood that it was going to be difficult to get a deal done. However, it seemed like he didn’t even try. He never returned any of my calls. Eventually, I was contacted via text by “Mariana” (I might have that name wrong). She was as helpful as she could’ve been in her situation (not sure if she was a salesperson or just a point of contact that he handed me off to). Basically, I felt unimportant to them and not a priority in any way. They didn’t seem motivated to get a deal done and I felt like I kept getting put on the back burner so they could focus on “easier” customers. At the end of it all, I walked away empty handed and went to another dealer. If it wasn’t for the lady that was texting me, I would’ve given them zero stars More

What a way to ruin a Saturday. I made an appointment for 8:20 to get my oil changed and 40k service done. I showed up 10 mins early with my 10 month old in tow. I also asked if while it was up on the lift they could take a look at one of my shocks that has been making noises. I was there for 3 hours for a simple service. When it was finally my turn to pay I mentioned having been there for 3 hours, expecting some sort of explanation or apology, but no, the service advisor just says, “I’m printing your paperwork out now” and walks away. This dealership pretty consistently sucks. Since I was there for so long, I had to opportunity to watch the other service advisors walking back and forth with customers. They were talking and laughing with them, and each one handled probably 3x the number of vehicles as the guy who helped me. It seems like some of the people who work there are capable of doing their job, but the guy who helped me certainly wasn’t. More
