When I went into the dealership to purchase a car I had viewed online, I informed the salesperson I wanted the advertised price of the car. The car featured in the ad had tinted windows. I told the salesperson I did not want the alarm. The contract signing was computerized and no one mentioned that there would be "add ons". The add ons were the tinted windows featured in the advertised price and the alarm system that I plainly told the salesperson I did not want. The alarm goes off if I leave my sun visor down. Here I am, out 1300. dollars with a faulty alarm system and tinted windows that were on the vehicle before I purchased it. They do not answer the phone when I call, and when I leave a message they do not respond. Not a pleasant experience. I love my car, I'm happy with the finance company, but I will not do business with this dealership for any reason. More
