They advertised the price of the car I was interested in on Edmunds and True experience in 55 years of buying cars. Mislead me every step of the way. They advertised the price of the car I was interested in on Edmunds and Truecar. I called to confirm if the car was still available and if that was the price. They sent me a "digital brochure" confirming that price as their "internet price", discounted from their much higher MSRP price which included "dealer installed options". When it came down to crunch time the salesperson told me they couldn't sell me the car for the "internet price"(also the price shown on Edmunds and Truecar) and the real price was $2185.00 more than their internet price. A total and complete sham; and a complete waste of two hours of my time, not to mention theirs. They told me I didn't read some mystery fine print about "dealer installed options". Those were the very same options that were in the original MSRP that they were discounting down to the "internet price". They were friendly enough but were con artists. Don't believe any "internet price" they send you. It's likely bogus! More
