Arrived at this dealership looking for a hybrid vehicle. I was shown a hybrid on the lot and was told a hybrid in white was available soon. Later, they pushed off my ability to see the vehicle before signin I was shown a hybrid on the lot and was told a hybrid in white was available soon. Later, they pushed off my ability to see the vehicle before signing a contract and actually offered me a contract for a non-hybrid vehicle — entirely the wrong model! Tactics like this go above and beyond the usual options loaded contracts and as a result this dealership cannot be trusted. More
Minus five stars. These people are the worst service people ever. They gang against their customer, which took me to realize they were completely empty. Manager after manager all praised their employees and barked to customers. Honestly, they are the worst ripoff. We pay for services, we buy their expensive cars, and we choose them because of their brand reputation…, but when it comes to service, go to Kearny to learn about the Cheap style. All employees horsing around and eating noisily; their laughter indicated how much they cared about a customer waiting to be helped… it did not surprise me how management seemed totally absent. None of them were real managers, they were entitled friends protecting each other and eager not to work… zero pride and zero work ethics. Is this Toyota New Normal???? More

From greeter Jackie to manager Wendy they went out of their way to make sure you knew how customers and service are not in their worries. They teamed up, all right, to alienate the customer over themselves and their fun time. Work and service, simply not a priority. If Kevin is your service specialist, he will specialize on lying and defending a co-worker out of line… with an empty shop he sent me away! I take recommendations on honest mechanics to stay away from this Apprenticeship madness! Where are we USA… Customer comes first? Thumbs down to KEARNY MESA TOYOTA!!!!!!!!! More
