Full disclosure. I work for the company that owns KM Hyundai - but I have never been here for any reason. My mechanic found some issues with the car and told me to I work for the company that owns KM Hyundai - but I have never been here for any reason. My mechanic found some issues with the car and told me to take it to Hyundai so I did. I was a regular customer. Brenton was amazing - he kept me up to date with the issues and what was being fixed. I had a service contract on the car so the warranty company paid for more than I thought they would. It is never fun to be without your car for two weeks, but I felt appreciated and I felt like my business was important to them. As of now, they have earned my business in the future and that is the way things should be. They cared about me. More

Went in for service after making an appointment via the website. Drop off was efficient. I like the waiting area, but FRIENDS is the only show that is ever on that TV. Upon arrival, I was told my records could not be found, even though this is the third time I have brought my car in for servicing to this location. I was quoted $1300 for service - most of which was unnece even though this is the third time I have brought my car in for servicing to this location. I was quoted $1300 for service - most of which was unnecessary upselling. Explicated stated multiple times that I did not want certain services to be performed, only to see the service quote and see the things I asked not be performed listed on the quote. Told me I would have to leave my car on the lot for a minimum of 10 days to diagnose an AC issue and pay for a rental car out of pocket. Will never return to this dealership ever again - total scam. In the time I spent waiting for my car to be serviced, I contacted multiple friends/family members and now have a list of honest, trustworthy, reasonable local mechanics in town who can perform maintenance without robbing me blind More
