Upon arrival, I was told my records could not be found, even though this is the third time I have brought my car in for servicing to this location. I was quoted $1300 for service - most of which was unnece even though this is the third time I have brought my car in for servicing to this location. Explicated stated multiple times that I did not want certain services to be performed, only to see the service quote and see the things I asked not be performed listed on the quote. Told me I would have to leave my car on the lot for a minimum of 10 days to diagnose an AC issue and pay for a rental car out of pocket. Will never return to this dealership ever again - total scam. In the time I spent waiting for my car to be serviced, I contacted multiple friends/family members and now have a list of honest, trustworthy, reasonable local mechanics in town who can perform maintenance without robbing me blind More
