Three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems excessive when you have an appointment set. I asked for any of the services recommended at 30k miles even though the car was at 26k mi rotation seems excessive when you have an appointment set. I asked for any of the services recommended at 30k miles even though the car was at 26k miles so I wouldn’t have to come back. The service person made a recommendation and stated he would come talk to me if they found any concerns during the inspection. Around 3 hours in I was sent a text message that I was not able to comprehend or able to make a decision on getting it serviced that day. When the service person finally made his way back around to talk to me I had already spent over three hours there. He finally explained what maintenance was needed on the car and I was forced to make another appointment and to go back to get more maintenance. My tire sensors have also been going off constantly since so I don’t know what happened during the tire rotation because that wasn’t happening before. I wish the communication was clearer with necessary services needed and the original quoted time was more realistic so my day could have been planned better. More

My husband and I have been looking for a Hyundai Tucson SEL hybrid for a couple weeks. We went all around San Diego to the different dealerships. Most were OK. One was bad, but Kearny Mesa dealership got 5 SEL hybrid for a couple weeks. We went all around San Diego to the different dealerships. Most were OK. One was bad, but Kearny Mesa dealership got 5 Stars by being on point, listening to what we had to say and meeting those needs and getting us in and out in the best time possible. Our sales person, Robert, was a really nice young man who answered every question we had. Things went well partially because we knew exactly what we wanted, including the color of the vehicle and they had it there. Even the financing went smoothly and took about an hour instead of all day long.😀 If you’re looking for a Hyundai, I would highly recommend going to the dealership in particular. It had a very different vibe and they try very hard to please. More
