Website I started looking for a new car for me on the Kearns website. It was so easy to find the type of vehicle that I wanted. I went right to the inventory I started looking for a new car for me on the Kearns website. It was so easy to find the type of vehicle that I wanted. I went right to the inventory tab and viewed each car. Each choice had a detailed description of every feature that I wanted. The pictures were of every side and very detailed. Even pictures of the tires were clear as well as inside the engine and interior. When I came into the dealership to see the car, it was like I already knew what to expect! Grant helped me understand each option and even helped me set up my Bluetooth and took our picture. He did everything with kindness. True to their word I recently bought a car from them. Within hours my new car had serious issues. They were quick to respond and took care of me and my car. They brought me down another car that I could drive until mine was repaired. My repair included getting an entire new engine. Everyone was very friendly before and during my visit, and Gaston remembered me when I came back I had a great experience with Gaston buying this car. Everyone was very friendly before and during my visit, and Gaston remembered me when I came back a week later to pick up my old car! I bought from out of state, however, and I'm still waiting on the title to be sent to me in the mail. In 10 days, I won't be able to legally drive the vehicle with the temp plates and I would have preferred to have been able to take care of this by now. Also I had to get two new tires ($440) because the back two were bald so I would have liked to have that taken out of the price! BUT! My experience at the dealership was awesome. More
