Had an excellent experience. I was looking for a particular auto. A couple of days prior, we had gone to another dealership in another town and had an awful experience. Pushy, r I was looking for a particular auto. A couple of days prior, we had gone to another dealership in another town and had an awful experience. Pushy, rude and insulting, and that was the general manager. We wasted 3 hours of our life with them. Kearns had exactly what I was looking for, so I called them and the auto was still available. We drove out there, it is 30 miles from our home, and were more than pleasantly surprised. A huge difference! They gave a fair offer for my trade, and we made a deal within 20-30 minutes of arriving. Everyone we met was friendly and made it a pleasant experience. Our salesman, Matt M. was fair and easy to work with. There was no hassle and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go to Kearns. I can't think of any other dealership that I have purchased from that I would so the same. More

Understanding I had been looking awhile, far and wide for a vehicle for my family and I. When I found this vehicle online, someone from customer care called me with I had been looking awhile, far and wide for a vehicle for my family and I. When I found this vehicle online, someone from customer care called me within ten minutes to speak with me about what kind of vehicle I was looking for. At the end of my phone conversation, the lady told me to come in and they would do their best to get me into the vehicle of my choice. After driving 45 min to Kearns I arrived, not sure what to expect and sure enough, the salesman and the sales manager tended to my needs and were the most understanding of my situation. All said and done, I Left with my new used suburban and I am very happy about the experience I had at Kearns in Johnson Creek. I highly recommend this place. More

Facility is clean and beautiful, selection of vehicles is also great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. NOT pushy, Not intimidating, not annoying in any way. Matt was our sales guy and he was great. Was friendly, professional, genuine, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t have a answer for us he didn’t hesitate to find out. I would prefer someone’s honesty over not knowing something vs the stereotype of a car salesmen of BSing his way through a question. He followed through without being pushy after we left. All huge factors of why we went with Kearns. Last but not least- truck is beautiful and exactly what we’ve been searching for. It will be well loved for our family and our family business. More
