I have bought several cars from them in the course of 6 or 7 years, ,so ok i crashed a few.lol. Their Price are always very reasonable. Well, one thing i like was the fact they were not pushy at all. You always hear about car dealer being pushy and it was not the case at all. Anyway, I browsed their inventory and finally asked for a sales person, Mike,and he took me on test drive, they introduced me to a finance guy, Tony, which was very pleasant,and got me a great rate from a local credit union by making me a member right on the spot inside the dealership. Since their price was the lowest on cars.com and i got an excellent rate on the financing, I took them a box of chocolate few days later. More

I had read some of these reviews and hesitantly when to check out a Range Rover they had for sale. The car was extremely clean and I had done my back end research via Carfax and AutoCheck. Initially I dealt with Mike and I have to say my experience was great. Allen (Finance Manager) was the one who crunched numbers and ultimately completed the deal. He was also incredibly helpful and upfront. He gave me all the disclosures ahead of time and let me remind everyone, it's a used car dealership. These people don't manufacture the cars they sell, they purchase them from auctions. I suggest you do your research before purchasing ANY vehicle regardless of where you buy it, but my experience with this dealership was a very positive one. More
I STRONGLY recommend that you not do business with this company! I found them to be unethical, offer questionable deals, not stand behind what they tell you, and negotiate without being truthful. They use two or three people tag team to do the negotiations. Demand to see their invoice. Do not accept that they had “cost” beyond the invoice (example detailing $100). When they write the sales contract they add “Doc Prep Fees and Smog Fee” that were not part of the negotiations. Their purpose is to get as much money from you as possible, not create a satisfied customer. If you must deal with them, get EVERYTHING in writing. Do not accept that they will "fix stuff" if you bring it back . Get a Carfax - read it carefully. Take the car to YOUR mechanic - use the report in the negotiations. I did not the vehicle had: 1. Stop leak in the radiator – need to be replaced 2. Airbag Spring had hole in it that was temporarily patched (potential safety hazard?) –need to be replaced 3. Steering column bearing squeaks –need to be replaced 4. Gas Gage sending unit died one day later – need to be replace 5. Total bill $ 6800 If something requires repair, get an estimate yourself (don't accept theirs) and get the money taken off the price you pay. DO NOT LET THEM REPAIR IT. Their 30 day guarantee is useless, read it carefully. More

Great prices but I WOULD NOT recommend dealing with these people. They are disrespectful, rude and just unpleasant to be around. I would highly recommend not going here. They are unprofessional yet professional liars.I had bought a used car from them with deeply scratched rims. They told me that they couldnt give me a discount but they could fix them to "new" condition bought a used car from them with deeply scratched rims. They told me that they couldnt give me a discount but they could fix them to "new" condition but I would be charged $300 for the work. I later went back to have the rims swapped so they could fix my rims because they said it would take three days to fix. Tony said he would be in touch but never called, everytime I called he was busy or never there. Almost two weeks later I finally get a hold of him and he says that the car that had my rims,that were supposed to be worked on was sold two days after I dropped them off to be worked on. No one called me to inform of this yet he still wanted to charge $150 for the rim swap. There prices are low but you get what you pay for. Dont expect them to help you out or update you on situations with your car after they take your money. Theyre too busy worried about selling than customer satifaction. More
