Katy Honda responded

While we service every vehicle we sell, a 2000 model vehicle is bound to experience issues. We did not just charge the ac when it was here, we replaced the evaporater. The failure a couple of months later was a completely different issue, the compressor. It exhibited no signs of failure when the vehicle was serviced here. We will be more than happy to supply evidence with part numbers on the work we did do. We value our customers, and often take care of issues that arise after the point of sale. But a 12 year old vehicle will absolutely have things go wrong with it. We in good faith repaired the problem it had at the time, as agreed, but cannot fix all issues that arise with the vehicle in the future. I am certainly sorry this happened so soon after you purchased the vehicle.
