The sales associate, Tammy Ellis, came out in the rain to assist us. She was courteous and attentive to our needs. After inquiring what we were interested in seeing, she listed several cars that were on the lot and said there were some models in the show room we could view out of the rain. She answered our questions and explained the different features and options that each model had. She was knowledgeable as well on the inventory available and gave us specifics on each one. We test drove a 2013 Honda Fit and were very impressed. It had everything we were looking for in a vehicle. Tammy walked us through the information gathering portion and had us ready for the finance manager, Steven Martinez. He was thorough but extremely time efficient during this process. Both Tammy and Steven explained the service we would receive after the sale to ensure that our car would continue to run and look good for years to come. We were treated extremely well and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. By the way . . . we named our Honda Fit after Tammy! More
