terrible experience ever , they used the lower price to bait you here then started adding the inspection fee $4000, after negotiation and had signed the agreement from both sides included the sales manager bait you here then started adding the inspection fee $4000, after negotiation and had signed the agreement from both sides included the sales manager, then the drama just began, the finance man who is doing our documentation changed the amount, like originally we agreed with total $29900 and all the taxes and other charges were included , but the finance man used that amount to ADD taxes and other charges in the final version of the contract later on when we received it. Then it turned out to be over $32000. At that time when we signed all the documents there my husband even asked why the amount was different, the other finance manager just said that they needed to make a small adjustment to match the $371 monthly for 72 month loan but the total amount is the same as the agreement amount which was about 29900 , we didn’t have any doubt and signed, after couple days later I received my car and documents, found out that’s not the total amount we agreed with, they asked us all the way to there to talk with the general manager, we thought we could have it resolved , but oppositely the only thing the general manager could do was saying “too bad you have signed “ repeatedly. How about this unbelievable situation could happen, he doesn’t care , who is the one doing our documents, he doesn’t care, but just asked me to keep my voice down, another incredible customer service here , I have to tell all the truth but truth here , because I don’t want to this kind of terrible situation is going to happen with any other people. They just take the advantage of customers. Sign any document carefully. Not all people is honest and we think they should be. We spend nearly 3000 to learn that. Hope you don’t waste your money to this kind of company that is not doing business honestly and not treating you like a customer who contributes to them. Worst of the worst. More

If you buy any cars please do not buy insurance for your cars they the only thing they do is Oil change. and give you hard time for other kind of work you cars need. I have had the worst experience, when you got there they treat you like quin because they want you to buy the car, after they kick your but. and this was on I-10 near Mason. More

AVOID HONDA CARS OF KATY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I have serviced my honda pilot there for years, but the ownership change has made this place extremely bad. Went in for an AC problem, and the next I have serviced my honda pilot there for years, but the ownership change has made this place extremely bad. Went in for an AC problem, and the next thing they tell me is that power steering gearbox is critical and needs to be replaced for 2K. During that repair they say the power steering pump needs to be replaced and other new repairs. Now I am up to $5,500 in repair charges and the car is still not ready after two weeks there. It is my belief they either are incompetent or fraudulent. In either case, they will not work with you or take any responsibility for their own fault in causing problems. Still don't have car back. Avoid this place. They will overcharge you for any service, and in my opinion find things to repair that don't need to be repaired. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off. More

I asked him if this was a bait and switch and he said no sir. I then asked "why is the price lower online?" He said it is a price to get the customer's in, and I said again that that is the definition of a bait and switch. Red flag, but my wife wanted the car. Fine, I get into finance and all is fine and we purchased a warranty, and he said that we can cancel it at anytime. We drive the car home and that night I looked at the contract and they added $799 worth of add on, which I was not aware of. I texted the finance guy the next day and he said that he cannot remove it and that the sales person should have informed me about it. I was so mad that I told the finance guy to cancel my service contract right now. He told me that I have to wait at least 60 days before I can cancel it. I know that is not true, I asked my friend who works as a finance manage at Toyota and he said that he can cancel it immediately. I then text the Finance manager back at Honda Cars of Katy and he said ok, I will email you the cancelation forms. I have not received any calls backs or an email on canceling my service contract. In summary, do not purchase anything from these guys, they don't care about you after you get your car. They don't return your calls. I have left several messages to have a manager call me, and a finance manager call me. I am still waiting for a call. More
I bought a 2020 Honda Passport only 2 1/2 weeks ago and its been in the shop twice and needs to go back. First I was told on day one the call had been serviced. Also the windshild had a chip and crack in its been in the shop twice and needs to go back. First I was told on day one the call had been serviced. Also the windshild had a chip and crack in it in front of the driver side. Ask to have it fix and they said they would. But it had to come back for that. Got it home, check the oil, it was very dirty, no atifreeze coolant in the recovery tank, all tires were low the spare only had 30lbs which should had had 60lbs. So it had not been serviced. When they took the car to do the windshild they only put glue over the crack and chip instead of fixing the crack now the crack is getting bigger. When they brought the call back it had scratchs on it from who ever did the windshild. They said they would fix that and it only would take about 4 hours. It turned into 3 days, when got it back now there is a large sanding scratch larger and looks worse than before. Also tried to talk with a Otto, Manager, he taked a minute to me said hold on waited over 15 minutes then called back and they said he went to a finance meeting. I guess meetings are more important than customers. This is the first Honda we have bought heard alot of good things but Honda Cars of Katy has put a bad taste for our firs one. More
I have had the worst experience with service at the Honda dealer located on I-10 near Mason rd. I got to change the oil, because I have a free for life oil change, this was something that Honda offered me w dealer located on I-10 near Mason rd. The worker who was there informed me that it no longer existed because another company had bought the old company and they had a new policy. I informed him that I wanted to do several services to the car, change all the tires, change the spark plugs, the front brakes. The worker told me that I had two cars ahead of me and that this would take two hours for all that I wanted to do to the car, I agreed. After an hour of waiting, the worker came back and showed me the prices of the tires and the price of the services and I agreed. I arrived at the dealer at 3pm, the mechanics were sitting looking at the phone, they didn't even look up to see that they had a new client. It was 6 in the afternoon and I was still there, there was also a lady who asked her what kind of service she was doing to her car and she answered me, changed the oil and rotated the tires, and she also told me, I've been waiting here two hours. At 6:30 pm the worker comes up to me again and says, please excuse me, but we won't be able to finish your car, we're going to close, and I asked how I'm going back home, do you have any services that take me to my house, and he answered me, we do not have that service, you must return tomorrow at 8am, we will call you when the car is ready. After this I walked to the main service of the dealer that is at the entrance, there was a young man there who I asked where the manager was, he told me there is no one here, you can talk to me, I told him everything that had happened, He made a phone call, and he told me you have to come back tomorrow to pick up the car. The next day I came back to pick up the car, and they told me that they had given me a 10 percent discount and that they were very sorry for what had happened. I will not go back to that dealer, where there is no professionalism, nor good workers. More
After that this organization charged me for oil changes I didn’t want, I tried to call and email the sales manager. He would not return my call or respond to my emails. Week later he added a comment to my review that they wanted to discuss my problem. Even the sales office will lie to you. This dealer needs to be investigated. I contacted Honda and they said since they did not own the dealership there was nothing they could do. This is the last Honda product I will buy and will never recommend this dealer. More
