READ BEFORE YOU THINK OF USING THEIR SERVICES Dropped my car to check some sound coming from windshield, they fixed some duct tape on the paint outside, paint went off, picked up the car, no courtesy to tel car to check some sound coming from windshield, they fixed some duct tape on the paint outside, paint went off, picked up the car, no courtesy to tell me about it. I went in the following day, they just acted this never happened while in the car with them. Luckily, I have a video they shared already of their tech explaining the issue and showed the duct tape on the paint spot. I raised the point, their response is not their fault since your paint is bad (my response is your tech should haven't applied tape on bad paint). Now it is back and forth, finally after a couple of days it's been to the body shop, and now I get nothing but: we don't know how long it takes kind of responses, or the advisor is off today, and he is the only one can check for since each advisor have their own customers, or leave a message, and we will call you back.. thing! One funny part, I got an email right after my service was done, signed by some name, asking me to call them on their direct number if I am not satisfied with the service, simply I did call, however the number is their switch board, and no one works in the whole dealership under that name..sweet ! Will share some update soon, or later, or actually I don't know even when..lets wait and see 🙄🙄 More

My 2016 Honda Pilot have been driving smoothly with 59K mileage. This week my pilot suddenly shows multiple warning lights at once (emissions, vehicle stability assist, hill start, trailer stability, ...). mileage. This week my pilot suddenly shows multiple warning lights at once (emissions, vehicle stability assist, hill start, trailer stability, ...). I went to Honda Cars of Katy, and they asked me to conduct a $170 diagnosis. After $170 cost, they told me that my vehicle are P0369 cmp sensor circuit intermittent interruption, so they asked another further diagnosis of $510 to proceed. I told him that this sounds like another deeper hole, another diagnosis of $510 without repairing anything. I told him that I have three kids to raise, and most people suffers a lot recent days. Will the diagnosis continue again and again? I googled "Honda Pilot P0369", found several DIY videos for repairing P0369, cost estimations, and learned more about many people also have multiple warning lights at once for their pilot model 16--19. Honda extended warranty for relating issues. Another further diagnosis of $510 seems not right. I also want to attach the screen shots of the conversations with Honda Cars of Katy. It is strange that they said "no need to have service manager signed", even the test report has a space of "service manager signature". It sounds like to avoid the responsibility of their diagnosis. 11/6/21 drove into to Katy for an oil change and something was wrong, because all of the “idiot” lights were on. I was told buy the guy in Service that one of my sensors had fallen off the front and something was wrong, because all of the “idiot” lights were on. I was told buy the guy in Service that one of my sensors had fallen off the front and they would have to order a new one, they told me it would be May before they would get it, but they would call me and let me know. Mid-Sept 22 had to take the car back in for oil change and thought I’d check with the service department about the part. I was told it still hasn’t come in & they weren’t sure when it would. Long story short…my husband checked online and guess what the exact part that I had been told they couldn’t get was in stock at every online authorized Honda parts dealer! Then my husband went out and looked at the car….guess what, the sensor was there…..it had been there the whole time! So they lied to me twice about this part! They said it fell off, they said they had to order a new one….oh did I mention the sensor is $1,989.00. So my hubby was moving the sensor to make sure it still was attached and it was, so we got in the car and started it and it worked! It didn’t need a new one! We had been talking about trading the Honda in for a new one….Nope. However the nice gentleman at AutoNation Katy gave us a heck of a good trade in on our 2018 Honda CRV…never ever again will we have to deal w/that horrible dealership…used to be great until you got new owners! Now I’m the proud owner of a brand new Ford Bronco…..full size! Please do not go to Honda Cars of Katy! More

Save your time and go elsewhere. I have always been a Toyota fan but decided to try Honda out and came to check out cars there. Spoke with online rep for two days giving them all my expectations and details in the car. Talked price and everything. Just came to see the car and make the purchase if I liked it. When I got there, the sales rep had no information on the previous transactions. He said all he received was my name and number. Nothing else. So now I had to start the process all over. He now wanted to start pulling my credit and getting all my personal information. I told him since I was here, I would like to see the car first so I know if I want to move forward. He looked me straight in the eyes and said that they don’t show cars to customers anymore before buying and no test drives. He literally told me that he doesn’t want me to waste his time by showing cars because what if I don’t buy it?! Are you kidding me??? I have never gone to a dealership where they try to run your credit and everything without even showing you the car. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!!! I will never enter another Honda dealership again. I immediately booked an appointment with Toyota and left!!! Never again!!!!!!! More
Came in for an oil change only and spoke with the gentleman about it and he said we will do MPI and wash. I told him I did t want MPI and wash just oil change and he said ok no MPI or wash and my syn gentleman about it and he said we will do MPI and wash. I told him I did t want MPI and wash just oil change and he said ok no MPI or wash and my synthetic oil change will be $84 plus tax I said cool …. Checking out later she said they did a MPI I told her I specifically asked no MPI and she said the technician HAD to do an MPI or they will lose their job….. mam this my vehicle if I said no MPI or wash means I don’t want them to open things or check anything other changing oil and oil filter but they will lose their job …. Guess what I won’t be back and I’ll forward that to all my Honda friends to not take it to y’all thank you for not listening to what the customer asked peace More
terrible experience ever , they used the lower price to bait you here then started adding the inspection fee $4000, after negotiation and had signed the agreement from both sides included the sales manager bait you here then started adding the inspection fee $4000, after negotiation and had signed the agreement from both sides included the sales manager, then the drama just began, the finance man who is doing our documentation changed the amount, like originally we agreed with total $29900 and all the taxes and other charges were included , but the finance man used that amount to ADD taxes and other charges in the final version of the contract later on when we received it. Then it turned out to be over $32000. At that time when we signed all the documents there my husband even asked why the amount was different, the other finance manager just said that they needed to make a small adjustment to match the $371 monthly for 72 month loan but the total amount is the same as the agreement amount which was about 29900 , we didn’t have any doubt and signed, after couple days later I received my car and documents, found out that’s not the total amount we agreed with, they asked us all the way to there to talk with the general manager, we thought we could have it resolved , but oppositely the only thing the general manager could do was saying “too bad you have signed “ repeatedly. How about this unbelievable situation could happen, he doesn’t care , who is the one doing our documents, he doesn’t care, but just asked me to keep my voice down, another incredible customer service here , I have to tell all the truth but truth here , because I don’t want to this kind of terrible situation is going to happen with any other people. They just take the advantage of customers. Sign any document carefully. Not all people is honest and we think they should be. We spend nearly 3000 to learn that. Hope you don’t waste your money to this kind of company that is not doing business honestly and not treating you like a customer who contributes to them. Worst of the worst. More

If you buy any cars please do not buy insurance for your cars they the only thing they do is Oil change. and give you hard time for other kind of work you cars need. I have had the worst experience, when you got there they treat you like quin because they want you to buy the car, after they kick your but. and this was on I-10 near Mason. More
