It’s too bad the guys who helped me the first few times weren’t there. The young man who helped me on 11/6/21 was the same one who lied about the part. It’s very sad when you cannot trust the people who work on your vehicle. I have and will continue to share my experiences w/both dealerships just to let you know! Oh and taking away lifetime oil changes when someone spent a lot of money to by one of your vehicles and then say nope you have to pay for it now…shame on you Honda Cars of Katy😡
