Please let me know how to contact you as on Yelp in response to my review. you gave me your phone no but I tried to call you several time you did not pick up my phone and after calling several time and leaving messages some body called me, I do not know it was you and with same arrogant way said do what you like we can not do anything about this over charge. So I do not know how to contact you and have this problem resolved. I think they over charged me sales tax also.

It’s too bad the guys who helped me the first few times weren’t there. The young man who helped me on 11/6/21 was the same one who lied about the part. It’s very sad when you cannot trust the people who work on your vehicle. I have and will continue to share my experiences w/both dealerships just to let you know! Oh and taking away lifetime oil changes when someone spent a lot of money to by one of your vehicles and then say nope you have to pay for it now…shame on you Honda Cars of Katy😡
