Honda cars of Katy were great! A faulty oil filter was installed and damaged the transmission in my Civic 2020. I had 11k miles on my car and was distraught over my vehicle failing to operate. I called Ho installed and damaged the transmission in my Civic 2020. I had 11k miles on my car and was distraught over my vehicle failing to operate. I called Honda and they told me about the oil filter and that they would take full responsibility and fix everything. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle for the two weeks.
