After a couple of average to below average experiences with Honda Cars of Katy, decided to give them another chance since dealer was under new management. Service completion was delayed a half day from original agreement due to waiting on parts. It would have been a perfect score but f not for that. UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW TODAY: 2/10/22 Drove over to the dealership on my lunch hour to speak with Patrick in person. Got the run around...again. As I'm leaving, an employee tells me under his breath that "you know he was just avoiding you right?" I asked who, he said Patrick. What does it say that your own employee says something like this?
