UPDATE: We went in to the dealership this morning and spoke with Dominick (finance director), Moussa (Sales Manager) and Teno (GM). They were very cordial and listened to our concerns and addressed each of them. They made us whole again and restored my faith in humanity (I even told them so). It was regrettable that we had initial experience we did, but they corrected the issues and were actually very pleasant to speak with especially, having to work with what we had as an initial experience. Teno said it best today "Communication is key" and after speaking with him and the leadership team listed above, faith restored. Thanks! Kevin
