When I originally entered the dealership I was hoping to get a Sorento as quickly as possible. Neil was very upfront with the me in explaining the current shortage of vehicles industry wide. I live just 2 miles away, so was a little disappointed, seeing I would have to look elsewhere. I wanted an int/ext combo that was not very common, and recognized my search would be more difficult. I then went to AutoWorld and was told that my vehicle was in transit and would be available in a little over 2 weeks. What followed was an absolute nightmare. I was unable to reach my salesperson for a few days, so I went to the dealership only to find out. it was due to personal issues. One would hope someone would have been available in his absence. Or at least returned my calls. During my visit I met with the manager Hector Suarez who apologized and assured me he would be available to assist in any way. He confirmed it was still in transit. My next call confirmed it was still in transit. Then after being told it was in transit for over 2 weeks I was told that there was inventory issues. Considering the car was coming from West Point Ga. and being told it had been in transit, I figure I could have pushed it here with some help. So hearing that was not very encouraging in the level of honest communications I was receiving. Since I had committed so much time I decided to stick it out, which I soon regretted. On 2 further attempts to reach Hector, and on the phone both times for close to 10 mins, he was not available to speak to me and never called me back. The next time I visited the showroom it was to get my deposit back. Time is the most precious thing we have, and I felt very strongly that AutoWorld STOLE TIME FROM ME!!!! I returned to Karp Kia and soon learned the difference between being appreciated and respected and the total opposite!!!! Neil Fogel was an absolute gentleman. As he was on my initial visit. I was mad at myself for not being more patient the first time. Michael Rosenberg was also a credit to the dealership. I learned this when I went in on an unscheduled visit and was treated by Mike as if I was HIS customer. I picked up my car today and could not be happier with my whole experience at Karp. What a Class Act they are. Reflecting back and thinking of the time I felt stolen from me, I can't help but recognize it wasn't a total loss. It gives me the opportunity to share my experience and hopefully keeps even one person from going to the wrong dealership!!!! Happy hunting too all out there that are looking for a KIA. More
This is a dealership worth visiting!! From the second I walked in , I got a honest , direct approach from this dealer. I told my salesman what I wanted to spend and what I wanted to put down . My shock , after coming from Autoworld kia in East meadow , that the same car I was told I needed to put 6.000$ $ down for 40 $ more dollar a month !! Can you believe that . So my salesman Tom Cali was honest , kind , and took my needs to heart and the only ride I was taken on was in the new Kia I purchased!! If you need a car this is the dealership you should run not walk to . If you want to be treated like a person !! More

Brought in car for recall to be done. They wanted to charge $850 for maintenance fee. We declined for the time being. Salesman was very persistent and started to push for financing the amount for the ma charge $850 for maintenance fee. We declined for the time being. Salesman was very persistent and started to push for financing the amount for the maintenance fee. We still declined. We received car back at the end of the day with a check engine light on. We returned next business day and they said it will be a $199 dollar fee to check the engine light if not a result of recall. They also said we could apply the $199 dollar fee toward the payment of whatever repair car needed. The car was maintenance meticulously since bought new. There was no engine light on when brought in. This is nothing short of criminal what they do here. Dishonest to say the least and a management set on making money off of you instead of doing the right thing. More

Every time my daughter brings in her car , they scam her into getting something fixed on a brand new car. Would never buy another Kia at this dealership or any other dealership.
