We did not plan on leasing without fully researching the Kia Sorento or competitor models in advance, thus Nancy's calm, non-aggressive and caring demeanor was the deciding factor to lease from Karp Kia and to not continue our search or visit other competitor showrooms. Nancy did not rush us, even though it got late and past her normal working hours. It was obvious that keeping us happy as customers was very important to her in the performance of her job. Nancy also knew the Sorento well and spent quality time reviewing the Sorento’s internal panel/switches with us and setting up our Bluetooth. David Well's assistance also strongly influenced our decision to lease by providing a good/fair price (when we requested "rock bottom") and obtaining the best possible return on our "competitor" trade in. We are first time Kia customers and we love our 2014 Kia Sorento. The car is beautiful, luxurious, comfortable and we feel great knowing how safe the car is (best rating on safety vs. the Sorento’s competitors). We also love the 3rd row seat option. Karp Kia's service benefits (e.g. free first year oil changes, free inspections, shuttle service, etc) also played a part in our decision to purchase from Karp Kia. More

Jonathan made leasing our new Optima as easy as 1,2,3. Over the phone, I explained to Jonathan I was interested in leasing an Optima. He and I discussed finances, features of the car and color. When my wife and I met Jonathan, he had our paper work completed and the car ready for a test drive. We decided to lease the car through Karp. He also took care of contacting our insurance company, and securing new insurance cards for the new car. Jonathan's professionalism, honesty, and friendliness came out through out the process. He removed all the stress of leasing a car off our shoulders that exist at other dealerships. He treated us like family.
