Our salesman(Jonathan) made the experience easy from the moment he introduced himself, he was not only able to answer all the questions i had but also anticipate any questions i would have in the future. Definitely don't see myself going to anywhere else but Karp Kia and most definitely will be looking for Jonathan again. More
Great purchase experience with Nancy Barbanell at Karp Kia I purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento from Karp Kia and Nancy Barbanell was my sales representative. Nancy was extremely professional, personable, courteous I purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento from Karp Kia and Nancy Barbanell was my sales representative. Nancy was extremely professional, personable, courteous and highly knowledgeable about cars. She made the purchasing experience quick, easy, pleasant, and efficient. She has a real talent for identifying customers' needs and she executes every part of the sales process to perfection. I had also traded in a vehicle simultaneously and that transaction was handled seamlessly as well. For anyone looking to purchase or lease a Kia, I highly recommend going to see Nancy Barbanell at Karp Kia. The Kia brand is awesome, this Karp dealership is A1 status, and Nancy is fabulous. And kudos to Nancy for being such a talented female sales representative in a traditionally male dominated field. She is a real pioneer who can compete with the best of them and she should be proud of herself! More
Recall Warranty Service 2010 Kia Forte with 48530 mile came in for recall & Cruise Control problem. Recall work was performed which included replacing Stop Lamp Switch. 2010 Kia Forte with 48530 mile came in for recall & Cruise Control problem. Recall work was performed which included replacing Stop Lamp Switch. Cruise Control problem was happening Intermittent. Dave Service mgt claims that the problem could not be found and that I would be charged 92.33 for Diagnostic. I ask how come this is not covered, he stated cause we can not fine anything wrong. I called Kia Corp and they explained to me that the recall Stop Lamp Switch would in fact affect the Cruise control operation. I called Dave Service Mgt at Karp Kia, explained what I was told. He stated to me he would get right back to me. It has now been 2 days and still have not heard from him. I also have been having a problem with noise from the Sunroof which Karp can't resolve. Unfortunately there is no Dealer on Long Island that can support the Maint of Kia. More

Excellent Experience Buying a New Kia I had an idea of what I wanted when I entered and Pete got me there as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable about the model I was intereste I had an idea of what I wanted when I entered and Pete got me there as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in (Optima EX) and never pressured us at all at any point. The leasing process was the quickest I've been a part of and very straightforward. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Pete in particular. I also really appreciate him taking the time to go through all the car features when I picked it up - some salesman would be ready to rush ppl out the door to find their next sale, but that was not the case here and he prepared me to use all the car's features to their fullest capacities. Loved It !! I went to Karp Kia to trade in my 2006 Sorento, I wanted the 2014 Sorento Limited. I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The only thing w I went to Karp Kia to trade in my 2006 Sorento, I wanted the 2014 Sorento Limited. I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The only thing was the waiting time for the total experience was longer than expected, but Jonathan was very apologetic and I understood it wasn't something that they had control over. But they worked very hard to make sure that I drove home with it that same day. I love my new Sorento and I wouldn't want any other make or model of a vehicle. More
