I’ve had a few bad experiences from the dealership keeping my car for multiple days to fix/assess several issues and not doing any of it, to not knowing what type of service package I have and claiming I have to pay for things that are covered due to the code being incorrect in the system (but never being fixed, to not ever having the parts in stock and having to come back for whatever it is that’s needed (resulting in my vehicle being there for even longer with no loaner). More

As a long time customer this is the first I have been disappointed with service at Flammer Ford. I had called a Ford Customer Service number on the web because of an increasingly aggravating quantity of disappointed with service at Flammer Ford. I had called a Ford Customer Service number on the web because of an increasingly aggravating quantity of notifications being received on FordPass noting my Ranger had been put in sleep mode and remote functions have been shut down. Customer Service had me reset sleep mode then advised me to make a service appointment and note my Ranger had an xxxx SSB code. When I explained this the Service Advisor stated the code did not mean anything. The conversation and my satisfaction level went downhill from there. More
