Call to Flammer Ford for a routine oil change on my 2021 Bronco, was told no appointment was needed just bring it in. Service was started after waiting an hour and a half service told me they didn’t have a Bronco, was told no appointment was needed just bring it in. Service was started after waiting an hour and a half service told me they didn’t have a cabin filter available and one was on the way from another dealer. I could take my vehicle and since I live near by they would call me when it got in and I could pop over and have it installed. That was 07/20/2023. No call the next week, called and left a message that Friday. No call the following week, I went to the dealership that Friday morning. I had to go to service than parts personally get my part, go back to service and wait to asked for the part to be installed. Waited an hour to learn that it’s a OIL FILTER. I drove around with an old filter, WHY? I’ve always been a loyal ford customer. I am suspect now. Did I ruin my Bronco’s engine driving two weeks with an old filter? More

This dealership went above and beyond to make sure my car received the service in the most professional manner and that I was completely satisfied! The last time we were there for an oil change, all the oil leaked out. When i called them they had me put $40 worth of oil in and drive it back to them. I then had to take the vehicle through a car wash to get the oil residue off the back. More
