After 8 months on a new truck my battery went dead over night. I dreaded calling after my last 3 visits. When I did I was welcomed by Dale. Been a customer for 20+ years. This experience on my visit was below acceptable. Was promised update on my truck prior to end of day but had to make 3 calls to find anything Out on the next day.
